In addition to individual therapy sessions, significant progress can often be made in collaboration with others who are traveling a similiar, difficult path. Shared experiences and insights found in a group setting can facilitate one's healing, while providing a safe and confidential home to serve as a foundation for that healing.

Join us in this comprehensive workshop that addresses difficult issues related to divorce recovery; a therapeutic process for rebuilding and creating new beginnings. This program will focus on critical aspects of recovery that provide the highest quality of care by assisting individuals and families to recover from the trauma of divorce as they move from coping and surviving, to discovering lives of satisfaction, fulfillment and self-empowerment. This group was developed to meet the needs of people who have lost loved ones to illness, accidents or suicide, and to provide a safe environment for these individuals to work through their own personal grief journey. YourWellpath will respect the fact that each individual’s loss and pain is personal and unique, and will encourage members to direct great energy towards discovering inner peace - as individuals, they are people with something of great value to share; by sharing and listening, they are not only helping others to heal, but helping themselves in the healing process. | |
